A lovely bright kitchen, plenty of room and a large kitchen. Lots of wonderful memories can be made in this kitchen!

Large Bedroom
Queen bed, beautiful linen and great pillows. The room has a wardrobe too.
Lounge
Comfortable lounge area with plenty of light, cable and wifi. Own separate entry, no steps.
Stretchroom + double sofa
This is a spare room for yoga or gear. You can also sleep another 1-2 people on this sofa bed (an extra $25pp per night).
Laundry
The washer and dryer are situated in the bathroom. Plenty of room.
Bathroom
Large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. The washer and dryer are also in this room.
Garden Picture
In summer all apartments have access to this private area. Lovely to sit and have a drink, BBQ, wash your bike or read your book.

An extremely convenient and easy to access 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Private entry via Washington Street, with parking out the front or across the road. Enter your spacious apartment into your lounge/sitting area. A full kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, large oven and fridge. Walk through a spare room which can be used as a yoga or stretch area into your comfortable, quiet bedroom and full bathroom with shower and bath. The bed is super comfortable and lovely fluffy pillows. Linen is excellent quality and the apartment is extremely clean and well appointed. There is a new double sofa that can sleep 2 extra people @ $25 per head per night.
There is a secure area to lock up your mountain bikes or skis. A super bonus is that it is a short kitty-corner walk to the famous Flying Steam Shovel Pub, renowned for it great food, entertainment and meeting the locals. Plus a short walk to the main street or in winter walk across the road to jump on the ski bus up to Red Resort.
This apartment is ideal for short-term vacations for people who like space and an option to make your own food, do some washing, a home away from home. Ideal for excess family members and also for people who are coming to this area for locum/temporary work.
Taxes = 5% gst + 3% tourist tax paid to Tourism Rossland to promote our beautiful town.
